Acre Access Control Cloud Dashboard Overview
Acre Access Control Dashboard, Default Dashboards
The Dashboard view is the main window and the welcome screen when you first login.
If you have not been provided a Default Dashboard by your Instance Administrator, you will be greeted by the Dashboard Selection screen Shown below.
You will need to Click the Dashboard Templates Drop-Down and Select a Template (Front Desk or Security) or an Empty Dashboard. (You will also be given the option of the Installer Default Dashboard once you have configured your first dashboard through the Manage Dashboard screen covered later in this article) Once you have Selected the Dashboard Type you will need to Select the Type of either Shared (Shared with other users) or Personal (Private Dashboard). If you Select an Empty template you will need to name the dashboard at this time as well.
Click Save to Save your first Dashboard if one is not set up for you.
NOTE: A Dashboard Template and Type must be Selected in order to be able to save your new Dashboard. Additionally, if you Select the Empty Dashboard Type you will need to Create a Dashboard Name. Without any of these Required Fields you will not be able to save the dashboard as defaults are not selected for you. The Default Template Names cannot be changed when first created, they can only be edited by selecting the User Icon on the Top Right corner and Selecting Manage Dashboards. This will be covered in further detail later in this article.

The Quick Action Bar is directly below it and features three customizable buttons for your most commonly used items.
Below the Quick Action Bar, you will find the Widget Docker as well as the Instance Viewer tab on the far left.
Next we will go over each section and how to use the various dashboard Features. To start, we will cover the Search Bar.
Acre Access Control Search Bar
The Search Bar at the top of the Screen houses the Search Feature as well as the ability to Change Dashboard Views using the Dashboard dropdown. You will note that there is a Child Included button that allows you to search any Child Instances instead of just only the Current Instance.
The Search Feature has the ability to quickly find Cardholders, Users and other programmed features in the system database. The Dashboard List allows you to quickly transfer between multiple Dashboards at the Click of a Dropdown. The Dashboards are broken up between two types. Shared (Public Dashboards) and Personal Dashboards (Private).
