Acre Access Control Logging In

A quick overview of initially logging into the Acre Access Control Cloud using a web browser

You can pull up the website through the following address: aac.acresecurity.cloud


 
Logging In 
In order to login to the Acre Access Control Software you will first need to Open your Browser of choice.
Note: All examples are shown using Google Chrome.
Click on the Address bar and Type or Paste the address, aac.acresecurity.cloud . You will be greeted with the following Login Page.



 
Once there you will need to Type in your Instance Name, Username and Password prior to Clicking the Log In button. You will have received this information with your welcome email. If logging in for the first time you may be prompted to reset your password.

If you Type in your Username or Password incorrectly you will receive the following error. Depending on your organization, you can possibly be locked out after attempting to log in unsuccessfully too many times. If you are still unable to login, please contact your system administrator.

Note: All Operators need a Valid Credential to Login to the aAC Client (Web or Desktop). Individual Operator capabilities and access are further limited by the Instance administrator through the use of Operator Groups/Access Restrictions. Restrictions can include but are not limited to; Operator/Person Creation, Widget Use,  Hardware Configuration, Creation of Time Schedules, Access Levels, Holidays, etc. Please see your Instance administrator for more information on your Operator Group and permissions. 
 
Once you have Correctly Typed in the Username and Password, you will be greeted with the following Splash Screen or Page.
